If you’re curious about the types of people who come to seek our services in the neuropsychology clinic, scroll through this series of infographics I’ve put together below. In short, we see geriatric patients (defined as those 65 years and older), middle-aged patients, younger adults, as well as school-aged children.
A note on working with children – there is a sub-specialty in neuropsychology known as paediatric neuropsychology. Personally, I don’t see very young children as I feel an entirely different skillset is required to work with them. The youngest I’ve seen so far is 9 years of age.
